Our office premises is constructed from a machinery shed removed from a local coal mine that we helped to revegetate following mine decommissioning. Most of the doors, windows fittings and coverings have had a previous existence in other dwellings or structures.

Our office spaces is passive solar heated. Our office space is solar powered. Our water is solar heated.

The premises resides on 113 acres. 110 acres is conservation Flooded Gum Forest (The tallest forest type in NSW). Three acres, of former pasture, around the office, is being converted to a blended naive forest / food forest.
